Tour FAQ
Everything you might want to know before visiting.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 2–3 days ahead so we can prepare a personalised tour focused on the year groups relevant to your child. Walk-ins are welcome but a booked tour guarantees dedicated time with our admissions team.
Can I bring my child?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Children often enjoy seeing the classrooms, meeting pupils, and exploring the playground. It helps them feel comfortable if they join the school.
How long does the tour take?
Typically 60–90 minutes, depending on your questions and which areas of the campus you’d like to explore. There’s no rush — take all the time you need.
The campus is 11.4 Acres — will I have to walk a lot?
Not at all. We tour the campus by golf cart, so you’ll ride comfortably between buildings and facilities. You’ll only walk short distances inside classrooms and key areas. It’s designed to be enjoyable, not exhausting — even in the Thai heat.
Is there parking on campus?
Yes, we have free on-campus parking. Our security team will guide you to the visitor parking area when you arrive.
Can the tour be in my language?
Tours are conducted in English and Thai by default, but we can arrange tours with Japanese and Chinese support. Please mention your preference when booking.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and your family. We’ll provide an information pack, fee schedule, and all the details you need. The golf cart handles the distances, so come as you are.
